Here at Wiggle Butt's Academy, we give lessons for becoming a Therapy Dog Team with your dog. I teach you what you need to know to pass the Therapy Dog evaluation. Dog's must be at least 1 year of age to take the Therapy Dog evaluation.
If you read through the list below, you will see that it is very long. The evaluations have changed this year, and have become more difficult to pass without training. Of course, if you feel your dog is ready for the test, contact me by filling out the form at the bottom of this page, and I would be more than happy to assist you in locating an evaluator in the area.
All dogs are required to verify shot records from their veterinarian prior to attending class. All dogs must be on a dewormer, and worm free. When you fill out and send the form below, I will send you the necessary papers and information which will be required for attending any classes at Wiggle Butt's Academy. If your dog is ill, or contracts worms, DO NOT bring your dog to class. Please inform us and we will reschedule you for another time.
